Questions, answered.

The entire first‑level open space, approximately 150 m². That covers the 42 m² white cyclorama, paper backdrop system, open meeting area, soft lounge zone, dressing room, kitchenette and two toilets, with 6‑metre roller‑door loading access for bump‑in and bump‑out.

Basic grip is included (C‑stands, light stands, boom arms), along with general furniture, a mobile TV with Apple TV, a 75‑inch touchscreen presentation board, speakers and high‑speed Wi‑Fi. Specialised lighting, cameras and production equipment are optional add‑ons.

Booking only, Monday to Sunday. Standard hire hours are 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays carry a 10% surcharge, and after‑hours access is available on request at $100 an hour.

Every open slot is in the booking calendar — check it here. Only contact us if you need after‑hours access; we aim to reply within 48 hours.

We don’t take an upfront deposit at the moment. Pay by card on site.

It’s confirmed as soon as you submit it; we only get in touch if there’s an issue. Please update or cancel at least 24 hours ahead — otherwise every future booking will need full payment upfront.

Yes, as long as nothing is damaged and every surface goes back to how you found it. If you’re not sure about something, check with us first — damage to the cyc wall carries substantial restoration fees.
